MedVet is seeking a Client Services Representative in Provo to be the friendly first point of contact for clients and their pets. You’ll greet and check-in clients, answer phones, escort clients to exam rooms, and help keep the lobby neat while supporting our veterinary team.

Proposed Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 12p-10p. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong client service, and computer skills (Word/Excel) are important.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed in stressful situations.
• Experience in client-facing roles is preferred, especially in veterinary settings.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check-in clients
• Answer telephones and transfer calls
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
• Discuss payment options and process payments
• Maintain a neat and clean lobby
