Qualifications

• One year of veterinary client service experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service, reception, healthcare, or hospitality experience is helpful.
• Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail, with accurate data entry.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Serve as a primary point of contact in person and by phone, answering calls and client questions.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, prioritizing needs and keeping the hospital calendar organized.
• Check clients and patients in and out; prepare invoices and process payments.
• Enter and maintain accurate client, patient, financial, and medical records; coordinate information between clients and the medical team.
