Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Veterinary reception or hospital experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Serve as the first and last point of contact for clients visiting the hospital.
• Create a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and patient.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions.
• Schedule appointments for general practice and urgent care visits.
• Manage client communications accurately and efficiently.
• Check patients and clients in and out for appointments.
• Process invoices and collect payments.
