Mount Laurel Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Client Service Representative for our Primary Care team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This full-time clerical role supports client check-in/out, scheduling, and multi-channel communications with care for pets.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in client service, are proficient with multi-line phones, and can use ezyVet and Vet Radar. We offer competitive wages, 401K, CE allowance, medical/dental/vision, and flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of veterinarian hospital experience – a plus
• Familiarity with ezyVet and Vet Radar software – a plus
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Positive, professional demeanor; works well in a team or independently
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and evenings

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with check-in/check-out and scheduling
• Answer questions via face-to-face, phone, chat, and email
• Explain financial options, deposits, and expectations
• Maintain and update client and patient information in the database
• Communicate special needs to staff, owners, and doctors
• Answer calls, make appointments, and respond to client questions
• Maintain the appearance of the hospital (inside and outside)
• Handle scan files, client requests, pet insurance, record requests, and faxes
• Participate in training and CE opportunities within the department
