Job summary

COVE Animal Health in Middletown, CT is hiring a full-time Call Center Client Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate service to clients and their pets. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries and scheduling, while maintaining compassionate communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
• Ability to handle challenging client situations with tact, patience, and understanding.
• Ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Willingness to continue learning and stay updated on best practices in client service and veterinary care.
