Western Veterinary Partners’ Tualatin Animal Clinic in Tualatin, OR seeks an outgoing Client Service Representative to greet clients, schedule appointments, and support clients with essential information about services.

In this full-time role, you will manage phones, daily patient flow, transactions, and contribute to a team-focused, compassionate environment. Compensation ranges from $19–$21 per hour, with benefits and an emphasis on excellent client service.

Formación

• Experience at front desk or receptionist in veterinary or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and assist in-person clients.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Calm, professional, and solution-focused during busy periods.
