Embassy Veterinary Center-Lenoir City is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in person. The ideal candidate will deliver warm, friendly customer service, manage scheduling calls, and maintain accurate client and pet records with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include handling appointments, invoicing, using hospital computer systems, and supporting the veterinary team with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and place calls to clients for scheduling.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner.
• Maintain client and pet records and medical history.
• Provide instructions, information, and invoices; dispense prescriptions per vet instructions; schedule future appointments.
• Utilize hospital computer systems to document medical records and communicate with clients and teammates.
• Manage hospital finances with accurate balances and cash/credit handling procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with clients and teammates.
• Show empathy toward clients and treat pets with compassion.
