Healing Hands Veterinary Hospital in Burgaw, NC is seeking multiple Client Service Representatives to join our friendly, energetic clinic. This role focuses on delivering excellent client service, answering phones, and supporting the doctors and veterinary team.

Candidates should have experience with Cornerstone preferred, veterinary medicine experience, be able to lift 40 lbs, stand and walk for long periods, and be willing to work Saturdays 8am-12pm on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cornerstone is ideal.
• Experience in veterinary medicine is required.
• Willingness to work Saturdays (8am–12pm alternating).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit and walk for prolonged periods.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to assist with a wide range of duties including assisting doctors, answering phones, cleaning kennels, exercising pets, and administering medications.
