Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Veterinary reception or veterinary client service experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage multiple provider schedules.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Check patients in and out efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
• Assist clients with questions regarding services, products, and treatment plans.
• Communicate with veterinary team members to ensure seamless patient care.
