Job summary

Brawley Animal Hospital in Mooresville, NC is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital and ensure exceptional client experiences.

The role involves managing appointments, patient flow, and multi-line phone handling while processing transactions and providing information about services. Prior veterinary front-desk experience is REQUIRED, with strong communication and organizational skills expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience REQUIRED.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Avimark, preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize on a busy shift.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service during routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
