Job summary

Summit Veterinary Referral Center in Tacoma, WA seeks a reliable Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, greet them warmly, check them in, and collect deposits and payments. You will discuss fees and payment options and answer questions about emergency cases.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
