Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Client Service Representative

Summit Veterinary Referral Center - Tacoma, WA

Hourly pay range: $18.00–$23.00 depending on experience + Night Differential

Full-time opportunity in Tacoma / South Puget Sound, WA

Schedule: Client Services operates 7 days a week; seeking someone with flexible availability. Anticipated schedule options: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 6am–6pm or Overnight 6pm–6am.

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and checking them in to the hospital. You will be responsible for assisting clients, discussing fees and payment options, answering questions about emergency cases that may need to be seen, and collecting deposits and payments.
