Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Veterinary hospital experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Accurately enter client/patient information.
• Process client payments and schedule appointments.
• Dispense pharmaceuticals and call prescriptions to pharmacies.
