Polk Street Animal Hospital in San Francisco is seeking a Client Service Representative to join a modern, busy practice in the Polk Gulch neighborhood. You will be the first and last point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming and organized experience for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• One year of veterinary client service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent telephone and in-person communication abilities.
• The ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in person and by phone.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and maintain an organized hospital calendar.
• Check clients and patients in and out and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare invoices and explain charges to clients; process payments accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information and contribute to client service standards.
