Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist clients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and pets.
• Place outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach.
• Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
• Recommend, select, and obtain products and services.
• Educate clients on basic pet care and non-medical topics.
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Keep hospital neat and maintain facilities inside and out.
