Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check-in/out: verify records, paperwork, and update client data.
• Process payments and provide detailed invoices.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
• Handle filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Educate clients on preventive care and medications.
• Assist with coordinating special requests and follow-ups.
