Job summary

MedVet, a fast-growing Emergency and Specialty veterinary provider, seeks a Part Time CSR for overnights in the Cleveland area. You will be the first point of contact, delivering compassionate service to clients and patients while ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, guiding pets to exam rooms, handling records and payments, and keeping the lobby organized. Schedule is Thursday/Friday 6pm–6am with a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Experience with hospital records and payment processing is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and enter data accurately.
• Maintain a compassionate yet professional demeanor in stressful situations.

Client Service Representative (CSR) - Part Time, Overnights

Proposed Schedule: Thursday, Friday 6pm to 6am

This role has a hiring range of $15.00-21.75/hr based on experience.

Our Client Service Representatives have the first interaction with our clients providing superior service to ensure client interactions are facilitated smoothly, compassionately and effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi‑task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must always maintain a compassionate yet professional composure.

What you’ll do:

• Previous experience in veterinary setting (preferred)
