Job summary

MedVet is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our clinical team in a Saturday 11a–11p shift. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing compassionate service and facilitating smooth interactions across hospital processes.

Prior experience in a veterinary setting is preferred, and a calm, professional demeanor is essential. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, guiding pets to exam rooms, handling medical records and payments,

Our Client Service Representatives have the first interaction with our clients providing superior service to e nsure client interactions are facilitated smoothly, compassionately and effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must always maintain a compassionate yet professional composure.
