Job summary

MedVet is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our overnight team in a fast‑paced emergency and specialty environment. You will greet clients, manage appointments, handle billing and assist patients and their families through a compassionate, professional bedside manner.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a busy hospital lobby. A two‑week rotated schedule is in place, with shift differentials and a focus on exceptional client

Job title: Client Service Representative (CSR) – Overnights

Proposed schedule: two‑week rotated schedule.

Week 1: Tuesday 8:30 p‑7 a, Wednesday 10:30 p‑7 a, Saturday 9:30 p‑7 a

Week 2: Sunday 9:30 p‑7 a, Wednesday 10:30 p‑7 a, Thursday 10:30 p‑7 a

This role has a hiring range of $15.00‑21.75 /hr based on experience.

Our Client Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients, delivering superior service to ensure client interactions are facilitated smoothly, compassionately and effectively throughout their MedVet experience. This position requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi‑task and enter data accurately is crucial for success, and the individual must always maintain a compassionate yet professional composure.

What you’ll do:

• Discuss payment options and process payments

• Some flexibility with work hours and ability to work additional hours when necessary
• Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate needs inter‑ and intra‑departmentally
• General computer competency required including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous experience in veterinary setting (preferred)
