MedVet is hiring a Part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) for an overnight shift. The proposed schedule is Saturday and Sunday 11pm–7am.

The role offers a hiring range of $15.00–$21.75 per hour based on experience, with responsibilities including greeting and check-in, answering phones, escorting clients and pets, managing medical records, discussing payments, and maintaining a clean lobby. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, client service and multitasking

Client Service Representative (CSR) - Part Time, Overnights

Proposed Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 11p-7a

This role has a hiring range of $15.00-21.75/hr based on experience.

Our Client Service Representatives have the first interaction with our clients providing superior service to ensure client interactions are facilitated smoothly, compassionately and effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must always maintain a compassionate yet professional composure.
