Job summary

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets in Idaho is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional front-desk and phone support for our clients and their pets.

You will greet clients, manage medical records, handle payments, and coordinate with the veterinary team in a fast-paced, compassionate environment. Previous veterinary setting experience is preferred, and strong data entry skills are essential.

Veterinary Client Service Representative

Our Client Service Representatives havethe first interaction with our clients providing superior service toensure client interactions arefacilitatedsmoothly,compassionatelyand effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medicalrecordsand financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must alwaysmaintaincompassionate yet professional composure.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and check-in clients

• Previous experience in veterinary setting (preferred)
