Our Client Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients, providing superior service to ensure smooth, compassionate, and effective interactions throughout their MedVet experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, veterinary terminology, medical records, and financial policies. The ability to multi-task and accurately enter data is essential. Maintaining a compassionate yet professional demeanor at all times is crucial.
