Job Overview
Time4Learning is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative responsible for supporting users of Time4Learning.com via phone, email, chat, and social media. Representatives are trained to answer questions related to billing, technical support, homeschooling, and products.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 6:30pm Eastern Time.
Location: Remote, must work East Coast hours.
