Job summary

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments, and guide them through admissions and payments. You will coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth client experiences and accurate medical record handling.

The ideal candidate brings excellent communication, a professional phone manner, and comfort with data entry in Word and Excel.

Veterinary Client Service Representative

Our Client Service Representatives havethe first interaction with our clients providing superior service toensure client interactions arefacilitatedsmoothly,compassionatelyand effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medicalrecordsand financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must alwaysmaintaincompassionate yet professional composure.
