MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets in Manassas, VA is seeking a friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative for a part-time schedule. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients, handling phones, and guiding patients and their families through the visit with professionalism.
The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and data entry skills. Prior veterinary experience is preferred.

This position has an initial hiring range of $20.75 to $26.75 based off skills and experience.
Our Client Service Representatives havethe first interaction with our clients providing superior service toensure client interactions arefacilitatedsmoothly,compassionatelyand effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medicalrecordsand financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must alwaysmaintaincompassionate yet professional composure.
