Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong customer-service skills and a genuine interest in veterinary medicine. Experience with Fear Free practices is a plus.

What to Expect

Veterinary client service is meaningful, fast-paced, and sometimes emotionally challenging. This position involves frequent phone and computer use, communication with people experiencing stress or grief, and occasional exposure to animal-related sights, sounds, and odors.

Position Details

• Employment type: Full time 30-40hrs/week


• Schedule: Afternoon and Evening shifts, Saturdays required


• Compensation: Varies based on experience and credentials- $18.50-$22
