In this fast-paced role you will greet clients, manage appointments and patient flow, answer multi-line phones, process transactions, and support clients with information about our services.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail‑oriented and team‑focused.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
• Calm, professional and solution‑oriented during busy periods
• Experience with veterinary practice management software VIA is a plus
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred

Copy of Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Circle L Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $ 15.25 - $18 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a flexible, full-time, or part-time position, with availability needed Monday-Saturday .

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in the following skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
• Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods
• Experience working with veterinary practice management software, especially VIA, is a plus
