Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative at Dulles South Veterinary Center in South Riding, VA. You will warmly welcome clients, schedule appointments, answer phones, and process payments to ensure a seamless visit for pets and their families.

You will contribute to a caring, informed experience and grow within a network that supports team wellbeing and professional development across Thrive locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous client service experience required.
• Veterinary hospital or professional animal care experience preferred.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred.
• Positive work attitude, self-motivated, and strong communication skills.

Dulles South Veterinary Center is looking for a full‑time Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in South Riding, VA.

About You

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing a warm, seamless experience for the people who love them. Your work will range from welcoming clients and scheduling appointments, to answering phones, processing payments, and helping pet parents feel informed and supported throughout their visit.

Your Experience & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous client service experience required
• Veterinary hospital or professional animal care experience preferred
• Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred
• Possesses a positive work attitude
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $20 – $22 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
