Saint Francis Pet Care Center, part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, is seeking a compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team in Tarpon Springs, FL. Our CSRs are the heart of our hospital, creating positive experiences for clients while supporting our veterinary team in delivering outstanding patient care.

Greet clients, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records with a warm, professional approach.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn veterinary practice management software.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a genuine love for people and animals.
