Leesburg Veterinary Hospital is looking for full-time Veterinary Client Service Representatives to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Leesburg, VA.

About You

You'll play an important role in pets’ lives by helping families and their pets feel supported from arrival to departure. Your life-changing work will range from the hands‑on care of managing appointments and client interactions, to support services including welcoming guests, coordinating patient visits, and facilitating seamless check‑ins and check‑outs.

Your Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Customer/Client Service experience
• Veterinary experience strongly preferred
• Possesses a positive work attitude

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $18 – $21 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
