Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is seeking a Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our growing team. We aim to exceed client expectations with state-of-the-art veterinary care in a clean, caring environment.

The role requires a strong team player who can handle a weekend shift and deliver compassionate service. As the first point of contact, you will manage phone lines, scheduling, invoicing, and maintaining our lobby.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle a sometimes-high stress work environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage appointments and coordinate with specialists.

Responsibilities

• Answering multiple phone lines.
• Making appointments for specialists and understanding specialties.
• Invoicing and processing cash, credit, and checks.
• Cleaning and maintaining rooms and the lobby.
• Triaging calls and incoming patients, including emergencies.

Mandatory Reception Skills:

• Must be able to handle a sometimes-high stress work environment

• Invoicing handling cash/credit/check transactions

Pay Range - $15–$18/hour
