Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is seeking a Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our growing team. The role involves front-desk duties, appointment scheduling for specialists, and handling multi-line calls in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Qualifications

• Must handle a sometimes-high stress work environment.
• Answering multiple phone lines.
• Scheduling appointments for specialists & knowing the difference between the specialties.
• Exceptional customer service and competency.
• Emailing/scanning/faxing.
• Invoicing handling cash/credit/check transactions.
• Cleaning and maintaining rooms and lobby.
• Triaging over the phone as well as incoming patients.
• Maintain professionalism in emergency situations.
