Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is seeking a Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be the welcoming face at the front desk, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients with compassionate service in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• Must handle a high-stress reception environment.
• Answer multiple phone lines and route calls.
• Schedule appointments for specialists and maintain knowledge of the specialties.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Process emails, scans and faxes.
• Handle invoices and cash/credit/check transactions.
• Clean and maintain rooms and lobby.
• Triaging over the phone and for incoming patients.
• Maintain professionalism in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is seeking a Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our growing team!

Mandatory Reception Skills:

• Must be able to handle a sometimes-high stress work environment
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Making appointments for specialists & knowing the difference between the specialties
• Exceptional customer service and competency
• Emailing/scanning/faxing
• Invoicing handling cash/credit/check transactions
• Cleaning and maintaining rooms and lobby
• Triaging over the phone as well as incoming patients
• Maintain professionalism in emergency situation

Pay Range - $15–$18/hour
