Bargersville Veterinary Hospital and Wellness Center - Veterinary Client Service Representative

Position: Full-time

Location: Franklin, IN

The client service representative is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service. As a CSR, your smile and enthusiastic greeting set the tone for the client's visit. You will be on the front line of our customer care team, assisting clients with telephone inquiries, making appointments, and handling business office tasks.

Our services range from wellness and preventative care to specialties like hospice care, surgical services, and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM). Job Duties:

• Answering multiple phone lines
• Differentiating between routine and emergency cases
• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments and managing financial information
• Handling client concerns
• Filling medications

Schedule:

• Full-time, four-day work week
• Hours vary from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm, no weekends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital
