Job Description

The Technical Support / Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. This role provides customer service support and resolves routine problems related to the client's products and/or services. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities
  1. Provide inbound customer support following a call flow guide.
  2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products.
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  4. Offer excellent problem-solving and customer service experiences.
  5. Upsell additional products/services when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Customer relationship focus.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience; technical support experience preferred.
  • Open availability and a high school diploma or GED.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and learning new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, computer navigation skills, and PC knowledge.
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
  • Residency in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address.
