Red River Animal Emergency Clinic in Fargo, ND is seeking a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our 24/7 team. You’ll greet worried pet owners, manage calls, and guide clients through visits with clear, compassionate communication.

You will maintain patient records, coordinate with medical staff, and handle invoices with payment options while keeping a welcoming front desk. This role offers growth in emergency veterinary medicine.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of veterinary experience (preferred).
• Ability to commute to Fargo, ND 58104.
• Ability to work in person.

YOUR DAY AS A VETERINARY CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
