Job summary

Florida Veterinary Rehabilitation in Deland, FL is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative/Veterinary Receptionist to greet clients, schedule appointments, check in/out patients, and coordinate with doctors.

You should have frontline experience, strong communication, computer skills, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and be able to work Tue–Sat. We offer health insurance, retirement benefits, PTO, and bonus opportunities.

As a Client Service Representative/Veterinary Receptionist you will:

• Be the face of the office
• Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Have empathy for both our clients and your team members
• Speak in a clear and concise manner that is easy for clients to understand
• Be a team player, well organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
• Continue to learn and grow with our team

The position includes the following duties and responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments
