Oaklandon Family Vet in Indianapolis area is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience and manage clinic front desk operations. You will handle reception, scheduling, pet records, and client communications in a fast-paced animal hospital environment.

The role requires weekend availability, solid customer service, and basic veterinary office knowledge. Training is provided, with a focus on patient care and efficient clinic workflow.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Manages opening and closing procedures per supervisor.
• Keeps front desk and reception areas clean and presentable.
• Processes payments and manages accounts.
• Schedules appointments adhering to doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminders and conducts recalls from callback lists.
• Performs routine computer system backups and daily postings.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm demeanor and ensures excellent experience.
• Answers incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Presents medications and take-home items to clients.
• Handles emergencies with care following clinic policies.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
