You will manage front desk reception, appointment scheduling, patient records, and client communications with a warm, professional demeanor.

Weekend availability and prior veterinary CSR experience are preferred. This role focuses on accurate data entry, cash handling, and providing frontline support to Doctors and staff for smooth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous veterinary CSR experience preferred.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Manager instructions.
• Maintains front desk and reception areas for a professional appearance.
• Processes payments and handles accounts receivable.
• Schedules appointments and manages workflow.
• Updates client/patient records and sends reminders.
• Answers calls with professional telephone etiquette.
• Provides medications/instructions and supports client education.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Performs daily back-up of the computer system and post daily activity.
