Job summary

Oak Ridge Veterinary Hospital seeks a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience while handling routine practice administration. You will manage the front desk, records, appointment tracking, and payments, supporting Doctors and staff throughout daily operations.

The position offers 20-25 hours per week with weekend flexibility; Saturday availability is required and shifts rotate.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required; Saturday shifts rotate.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception and front desk operations, including visitor and phone duties.
• Update and maintain client/patient records and appointments.
• Process cash, checks, payments and credit accounts.
• Prepare and send client correspondence and reminders.
• Schedule appointments according to Doctor preferences and clinic workflow.
• Post daily business activities and perform backups as directed.
• Welcome clients and patients, ensuring a warm, professional experience.
• Respond to inquiries and handle client concerns professionally.
