Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Manager instructions.
• Maintains front desk and waiting areas clean and presentable.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments adhering to Doctor preferences.
• Updates client/patient files and correspondence.
• Sends client reminders and conducts timely recalls.
• Answers incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm demeanor.
• Handles emergency situations per clinic policies.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
