Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences in our Missouri clinic. You will manage reception, medical records and appointments while ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping.

The role emphasizes patient care, client communication, and team collaboration, with weekend hours often required and a focus on high-quality service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE

Responsibilities

• Open and close the practice per manager instructions and procedures.
• Keep front desk and reception areas clean and organized.
• Process cash, checks, and card payments; manage accounts receivable.
• Schedule and manage clinic appointments and client communications.
• Update client/patient files and send client correspondence.
• Send reminders and conduct follow-ups with clients.
• Back up computer systems and post daily business activities.
• Greet clients warmly and ensure excellent client experiences.
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette.
• Present medications and take-home items to clients.
• Handle emergencies following clinic policies.
• Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
