Blount Veterinary Clinic in Maryville, TN is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences and support daily clinic operations. You will manage reception, scheduling, records, and payments, ensuring smooth workflow and compassionate service for pets and their families.

The role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma, and customer-service experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures as directed.
• Maintain clean front desk, reception, waiting areas and exam rooms.
• Process cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedule appointments with doctors' preferences and workflow.
• Update client/patient files and send correspondence.
• Send reminders and perform callbacks from the follow-up list.
• Back up computer system and post daily business.
• Greet clients and patients warmly to ensure a positive visit.
• Answer incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette.
• Present medications, instructions, and take-home items.
• Handle emergencies following clinic policies.
