Formación

• 12+ months of veterinary hospital or veterinary reception experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to multitask in a busy veterinary hospital environment.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and their pets with friendly, compassionate service.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily flow of bookings.
• Answer phones, emails, and client questions.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Process payments and discuss invoices with clients.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
