Job summary

Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic in Westport, MA is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our AAHA-accredited hospital. You will help create a welcoming front-desk experience and support the veterinary team with organized, efficient client intake.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, health, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and employee assistance. If you have veterinary reception or CSR experience, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of veterinary hospital or veterinary reception experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable answering phones and communicating with clients in person.
• Ability to multitask in a busy veterinary hospital environment.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and their pets with friendly, compassionate customer service.
• Scheduling veterinary appointments and helping manage daily appointment flow.
• Answering phones, emails, and client questions.
• Checking patients in and out for appointments.
• Processing payments and discussing invoices with clients.
• Entering and maintaining accurate client and patient information.
• Communicating appointment and treatment information clearly.
• Coordinating with veterinary technicians, assistants, and doctors.
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area.
• Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks.
• Addressing routine client concerns and escalating more complex concerns to management when appropriate.
• Supporting the veterinary team wherever needed to provide an excellent client and patient experience.

Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our established, growing veterinary team in Westport, MA.

What You'll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you'll be an important part of the client and patient experience. You'll help create a welcoming environment while supporting the veterinary team and keeping front-desk operations organized and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

What We're Looking For

• At least 12 months of veterinary hospital or veterinary reception experience required
• Previous experience as a Client Service Representative, Veterinary Receptionist, or Veterinary Customer Service Representative
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable answering phones and communicating with clients in person
• Ability to multitask in a busy veterinary hospital environment
• Comfortable handling payments and maintaining accurate records
• Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred
• A compassionate, team-oriented approach to working with clients, pets, and coworkers
