Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic in Westport, MA is seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our AAHA-accredited team. The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, with focus on surgery, anesthesia, and dentistry.

You will work closely with veterinarians, support diagnostic procedures, monitor anesthesia, prepare patients for procedures, and contribute to high-quality care. Four-day workweek with rotating Saturdays offers strong team culture and growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing patients for surgery, dentistry, and medical procedures
• Assisting veterinarians with surgical procedures
• Monitoring anesthesia and recovery support
• Providing pre-operative and post-operative care
• Maintaining sterile surgical environments and handling instruments
• Monitoring hospitalized patients and providing nursing care
• Performing treatments and following treatment plans
• Assisting during appointments and examinations
• Collecting and processing laboratory samples
• Supporting diagnostic procedures and laboratory work

This is an excellent opportunity for a CVT, LVT, or RVT who enjoys hands‑on patient care and has an interest in surgery, anesthesia, and dentistry.

What You'll Do

As a Veterinary Technician, you'll work closely with our veterinarians and the rest of the medical team to provide excellent patient care.
