Pieper Veterinary is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our Mountain Lore location in Plantsville, CT. You will be the first contact for clients, ensuring a warm, compassionate experience from arrival through checkout, while supporting a team of veterinary professionals.

The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, delivers top-notch customer service, and helps coordinate appointments and communication between clients and the medical team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology or willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm friendly and empathetic approach to clients and their pets.
• Ability to handle challenging client situations with tact patience and understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Willingness to continue learning and stay updated on best practices in client service and veterinary care.
