Job summary

SOUTHWEST VETERINARY SURGICAL SERVICE PC is seeking a Client Liaison to serve as the first point of contact in a busy veterinary hospital environment. You will provide exceptional client service, coordinate with rDVMs and staff, and manage scheduling, records, and post‑op communications across Gilbert, Scottsdale, Glendale and Tucson facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of practical veterinary technician work experience; CVT strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a surgical or specialty setting preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of veterinary procedures, anatomy, post‑op care.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily rounds to ensure full understanding of caseload.
• Open the clinic before doctor arrival; prepare lobby and close the clinic as directed.
• Help ensure smooth operations between client services, technicians and doctors.
• Keep workspace organized and professional; maintain client files and records.
• Provide post‑op follow up calls, prepare estimates, and schedule follow‑ups as needed.
• Handle client inquiries, convert questions into scheduled appointments, and manage deposits/payments.
