Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred.
• Highschool Graduate or equivalent is required or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact and represent the practice professionally when interacting with clients, referring hospitals and departments, vendors, and co-workers.
• Warmly greet all callers and welcome incoming clients and vendors.
• Efficiently schedule appointments for multiple doctors and locations.
• Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and faxes.
• Process payments and discuss financial options with clients.
• Ensure client paperwork is accurately completed and attached to the patient’s chart.
