Job summary

Southwest Veterinary Surgical Service, PC is seeking a Client Liaison to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy veterinary hospital environment. The role involves handling client and rDVM communications, scheduling confirmations, and maintaining accurate client records across Gilbert, Scottsdale, Glendale, and Tucson facilities.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of practical veterinary technician experience (CVT preferred), fluency in English, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years veterinary technician experience (CVT preferred).
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Computer literate with MS Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to clients, team members, and rDVMs.
• Schedule confirmations and manage appointments across multiple SVSS locations.
• Prepare estimates and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Maintain client files and documentation accurately.
• Support technicians and doctors as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
